Adrie Henry
Adrie is a third-year student in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Hendrix College in 2014, she worked for two years in a forensic state hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Adrie joined the Clinical Forensic Psychology (CliF) Lab at IUP to explore her interests in campus sexual assault. Specifically, she is interested in perceptions of culpability and liability in these crimes and how different factors interact with victim blaming. Ultimately, Adrie would like to work with adolescents and families, potentially in a forensic context.

Katie Quinn
Katie Quinn is a doctoral candidate in IUP’s Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program. She graduated from the University of Maine in 2012 where she studied psychology and Spanish and graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland in 2014. Katie hopes to incorporate psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and teaching into her future career as a clinical psychologist. She is invested in contributing to the ongoing improvement of graduate-level training in psychology. Her current areas of interest include diagnostic and personality assessment, specifically how these assessments are applied to treatment planning and outcomes. She is also curious about the impact of linguistic and cultural factors on the development of psychological distress.

Alec Wierzbicki
Alec is a third-year doctoral student in the Psy.D. Program. In 2014, he graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Psychology. After college, Alec worked as a research assistant at UMASS Medical School providing quantitative and qualitative feedback for clinical teams as part of a wraparound treatment model for dually diagnosed offenders. Currently at IUP, Alec is involved in research investigating forensic clinician bias and adversarial allegiance. His broad academic interests include dual diagnosis treatment, post-traumatic stress among military populations, criminal responsibility evaluations, and ethics in psychology. After graduation, Alec intends to continue work in dual-diagnosis research with forensic populations and also pursue private clinical practice.
